Request removal of your Mosaic account and associated data.
If you no longer want your Mosaic account, submit the email associated with it below. We will verify ownership before completing the deletion request.
1. Verification
We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide to verify that you own the account.
2. Deletion
After verification, we will permanently remove the account data associated with that profile.
3. Confirmation
You will receive a final email once the request has been completed.
